This 850 sqm Constantia mansion is situated on two acres of pristine indigenous gardens on the slopes of Table Mountain National park in the upmarket leafy suburb of Constantia, one of the oldest wine regions in the Cape. It is close to modern shopping malls and world class restaurants. With easy access to the freeways, allowing visitors access to all the attractions the Cape has to offer.

Villa Lyonesse offers eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms and can accommodate 18 guests in 5 star luxury. Six spacious, luxurious and stylish suites, with modern comforts to ensure the utmost convenience for guests. It also has a children's room with four single racing bunk beds, complete with fridge and the latest Wii nintendo games and a 37" LCD flat screen for gaming.

The Villa has a large lounge with a fully stocked honesty bar and dining area. It has the ultimate kitchen, a chefs dream. The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art brand new Gaggenau appliances. A 8 plate gas hob, dual ovens, built in espresso coffee machine and everything you could possible need.

You can choose between self-catering or request a full time chef. Breakfast is served on the large patio. Other meals can be arranged at the many fine restaurants nearby or chefs can prepare a special delectable dinner for you at home.

   Lyonesse has wifi ADSL which is free.
   The villa is serviced daily by the full time house keeper and grounds
